PicelBoi (born October 15, 2009) is a Chinese and American software programmer who has created multiple projects related to TWC. He also hosts PicelBoi Broadcasting, a 24/7 internet television channel showcasing weather presentation systems such as the IntelliStar 2 XD. As of January 3rd, 2026, he is part of the Development Team of Mist Weather Media.
